We all have our moments of doubts where we get to think that we're wrong, we're at fault, we need to change when there's that person pushing us to doubt ourselves even though we're not what they say we are. Come to think of it, I've had those moments too. I discovered that, sometimes, music comes in a great time to remind us who we really are. So this time, post is about a song from Bieber... (who cares about the guy, I like the song).
What I learned through time is that... It's good to doubt, but not too much. And I'd like to share this with you but before that, I invite you to take this one person who told you or made you feel that you were not "good enough" and listen to this song while you're at it. Pay attention to the lyrics because it's time you start loving yourself. Next post may be about "Protecting yourself against bad vibes" who knows? I got a lot to say about that... (It's already written in French somewhere...). So here... Think about this person who made you feel you weren't good enough and listen to that song paying attention to the lyrics. You know them? Fine! Sing along! You'll feel better after...
You listened to the song? You still feel sad? Listen it again and again until the song gets in your mind because what this guy says singing is true. You need to learn to love yourself before you can do anything.
What power can a song have over someone? If you're asking, that's because you did not notice the magical power of music and affirmations. This song is like one of those tai chi moves called the single whip. It's got the power to make you move on, send back it's bad vibes to the sender and set around you a wall of protection. It is not sufficient by itself to protect you but it may actually help out.
It's good especially for people who are too nice with people who don't deserve it and for healing a broken heart. It allows the person to remember who they are so long as the intention comes from them and themselves only. This is just an example, so you can use any song that inspire you the same way. The goal is not to find a song that makes you feel you're not good enough. The goal is to find something that empowers you to move on and remember who you are.
